Personal Assistant Wanted

I am looking for someone who is structured, practical, and has good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Due to my paralysis injury, I need an assistant who can act as my arms and legs in daily life. I am fully verbal but cannot write or show things myself. Therefore, I would prefer a female assistant who is easy-going, appreciates humor, and values direct and clear communication. Getting along well and sharing joy in the work is a great asset.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Household chores
• Personal care and intimate hygiene
• Work support
• Leisure activities

For me, integrity, respect, and honesty are fundamental to a good collaboration. The tasks vary, and you are offered a good working environment. At the same time, I believe that a well-functioning collaboration is built on both parties contributing – it takes two to tango.

Experience from service industries is advantageous. You need to be adaptable, practical, and able to work according to established routines. The organization around the assistance is well thought out and works well, which makes it important that you are responsive and responsible.
