Where will you work?

You will join our Project Management Infrastructure unit, part of our global business area Transport. We currently operate in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Nyköping, working in the client role as project managers, design managers, project engineers, and construction managers for private and public clients.

We are currently looking for more experienced colleagues to join us in Uppsala to work on one of the country's most significant infrastructure projects. Together, we aim to create a modern, climate-smart, and growing city. Do you have extensive experience in infrastructure and civil engineering and are you looking for your next challenge? • Senior Project Manager
• Senior Design Manager

Responsibilities

You will work on behalf of our client in the role of Project Manager or Design Manager in one of Uppsala's largest infrastructure projects. Your responsibility is to steer and monitor one or more projects based on established plans, within the framework of budgets, authority decisions, agreements, and permits. You are responsible for leading the work with:

As a Senior Project Manager or Design Manager, you will also coach and support our junior colleagues, contribute to their development, and create a culture of learning and continuous improvement. You will play an active role in pre-sales and tendering by identifying new business opportunities and contributing to strengthening our market position.

• A technical university or college degree of at least 180 ECTS credits (120 ECTS) or other education and experience that we consider equivalent.
• At least 10 years of recent experience working with project management and/or design management in civil engineering and railway projects and/or urban development projects.
• Experience working in a client role for at least 5 years.
• Good knowledge of contract law (AB, ABT, ABK, and AMA/MER).
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• It is meritorious if you have worked as a Project Manager and/or Design Manager in assignments from design through to the construction phase.
• Valid B-class driver's license.
