We are now looking for more driven colleagues to join our customer booking team in Stockholm!

About the role

As a Customer Booker, you are the company's first point of contact for both private individuals and businesses. Your task is to schedule meetings for our sales representatives across the country via phone – both based on incoming leads and through active prospecting.

We offer energy-smart solutions that help our customers reduce their electricity costs and contribute to a more sustainable future:

• Solar panels and battery solutions
• Window and door replacements
• Roof replacements
• Air source heat pumps and stoves

Who are we looking for?

• You have previous experience in sales and/or telephone service
• You are results-oriented, receptive, and thrive working towards clear goals
• You enjoy talking to people and building trust
• Experience in direct sales, the alarm industry, or energy services is a plus
