Our research and development department, located in Hagfors, is the largest in the world within the tool steel industry.

We are now looking for engaged and responsible employees for the role of operator in the saw shop, Press section. Here, steel billets are processed and shaped to desired dimensions and forms, which is a central part of the manufacturing process for our high-quality tool steel.

Your role

You will be part of a cohesive shift team working closely together to achieve common goals. Your tasks will include sawing, measuring, and marking materials according to instructions, as well as operating forklifts and overhead cranes.

You will work in a five-shift system.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a flexible attitude, who enjoys solving problems and contributes to a positive work environment through collaboration and trust. You should also have a desire to work with continuous improvement and actively contribute to developing our processes and routines. To thrive with us, it is important that you work in line with our values: respect, trust, customer focus, and value creation.

We would appreciate experience from the steel or manufacturing industry. Having forklift and overhead crane certificates is a plus.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

We offer good opportunities for internal development, such as roles as an annealer, inspector, regulator, or heater.
