DP Patterning is an entrepreneur-driven technology company with roots in research and innovation. Since our founding in Norrköping in 2006, we have had a clear goal: to change how circuit boards are manufactured – in a more flexible, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective way.

Our technology is currently used by manufacturers in sectors such as Automotive, LED Light, and RFID, and we are proud to contribute to the development of zero-emission electronics.

Your responsibilities

As an operator with us, you play a crucial role in our production. You work closely with both machines and colleagues, focusing on quality, precision, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Monitoring and handling of production machines
• Material handling and preparations for production
• Sampling, quality control, and documentation
• Simple mechanical maintenance and care of equipment

Since we are a growing company, the tasks vary – and we see this as a strength. Here, we help each other, learn from one another, and develop both working methods and competencies together. You belong to a tight-knit team and report to the Production Manager. The work is performed in 3-shifts (Day shift incl. weekend / Evening shift).

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and enjoys working in a team. You don't need to know everything from the start – the willingness to learn and contribute is most important.

We believe you have experience and/or education within production or technology, and wish to continue developing within the manufacturing industry.

To succeed in the role, you need:

• Basic computer skills (Office and business systems)
• Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Forklift license A+B
