About the role:

Our client has autism, which means he needs assistance in various daily situations where his disability entails certain limitations. You will act as his extended arms and legs, helping him in situations he might otherwise manage on his own. His interests include watching films, visiting cafés, socializing with friends, and walking his dogs regardless of the weather. The tasks vary and include both high-energy and low-energy activities, just like in everyday life.

To help you develop and grow as an assistant, you will receive regular supervision and coaching from our personal work leaders as well as from the psychologist we collaborate closely with in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Work Leader for Personal Assistance Sought!

We are looking for an engaged and structured work leader to join our personal assistance team. As a work leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting assistants in their daily work, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality assistance based on the client's needs and wishes (referring to the client described above).

For this client, we work purposefully with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This approach permeates everything we do together – from daily activities to training communication and social interaction.

Therefore, it is crucial that you also wish to work in this manner. Experience is not a requirement, but interest and a willingness to learn are essential.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in personal assistance or leadership
• Is confident, sensitive, and responsible
• Has strong communication skills, including cognitive communication

Who are you?

We are looking for a thoughtful and friendly person, just like the client himself. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as communication is a vital part of your collaboration. Your help with proofreading and spelling when he writes his stories will be a central part of your role.

It is also important that you work in a way that strengthens the client's sense of participation. By listening to his wishes, encouraging his own initiatives, and allowing him to influence decisions in daily life, you contribute to creating a meaningful and inclusive existence.

Previous experience in care work is a plus, but personal suitability weighs the most. A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.

Working hours: Varying shifts (day/evening/night/weekends).
