About the role

We are currently looking for extra staff for our store in Linköping who can work every other weekend. Take the step into a dynamic and expanding sports company. As a store employee at Sportshopen, you will become part of a happy and friendly team working together to reach new goals.

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, engaged, and take responsibility for your tasks. Good customer service is a given for you. Through your positive attitude and clear communication, you contribute to a good work climate. Since teamwork is important to us at Sportshopen, it is good if you like working in a group and have good collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

We offer a fun job with a high pace and varied tasks, such as sales in the store, cash register work, and unpacking goods. At Sportshopen, we like teamwork and are driven by the passion to always want to get better and offer the best service to our customers.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience working in retail, preferably from the sports industry. You have good knowledge of sportswear and/or shoes and are good at conveying your knowledge to colleagues and customers. We would like you to have a good sense of product display and be able to handle large product flows.

Conditions

We are looking for extra sales staff who can work every other weekend. Start date in August. We apply wages according to the collective agreement with the Swedish Union for Shop and Office Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).

Who are we?

Swedemount Sportswear & Fashion AB was founded in 1991 and today has 23 stores under the name Sportshopen and one store under the name Bazar. In Sörred outside Gothenburg, we have our 20,000 sqm automated warehouse and office. In Grebbestad on the west coast, we also have our headquarters and our largest store, which is the largest sports store in the Nordics at 14,000 sqm.

Our stores are located throughout Sweden, from north to south, with an expanding e-commerce that also extends to the European market. Sportshopen is today one of the larger individual players in Sweden in terms of sales within sports and leisure. Our assortment consists mainly of clothes and shoes from leading brand suppliers, but we also develop and manufacture our own brands – clothes that can be used for activities in harsh climates, year-round.
