About the Position

We are looking for you who enjoy working evenings/during the day, which also includes working every other weekend.

As a nurse assistant, you naturally have a user focus in your professional role. The tasks involve providing individual support and help to residents, where you provide professional knowledge and a good attitude. Care work includes personal care, social community and activities, service tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.), and documentation responsibility, all of which are vital for the residents' opportunity for a meaningful daily life, a dignified life, and a sense of well-being. You are also expected to work with delegated HSL (Health and Social Care) tasks.

As an employee, you find it easy to collaborate with colleagues and other professions to ensure the operation functions in the best possible way. You take responsibility for the whole, where the kitchen and common areas are part of the daily work, and you take responsibility for one or several areas of responsibility with an interest in developing them.

You share knowledge and experiences both in daily work and at TEAM and workplace meetings, you introduce new staff, and contribute with new ideas and joy in work.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You have a degree from the nursing program and a passing grade in Swedish 1 (A) or Swedish as a second language and Social Studies 1 (A) or equivalent older education. You must be able to present the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of entitlement to the protected professional title.

You are accustomed to documenting and have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

About the Employment

Working hours scheduled for evening work and every other weekend.

Possibility of employment degree 70–100 %.

Number of positions: 3–4
