Would you find it exciting to work in a broad and varied role where part of your job involves coordinating rehabilitation cases without letting go of your nursing duties? Falck is now looking for a new star for this exciting combined role, based at Falck's units in Halmstad/Varberg.

As an Occupational Nurse/Rehabilitation Coordinator at Falck Health and Working Life, you will work closely with experienced and helpful colleagues, such as occupational physicians, occupational nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, etc., who collaborate with our customers and their employees to achieve good results. Our customers are represented across all industries, in both the private and public sectors, and in businesses of all sizes, providing interesting variety in your work. You will encounter a wide range of cultures and individuals.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Health examinations, health advice, and individual action plans
  • Preventive and health-promoting work
  • Vaccinations and sample collection
  • Addiction management and drug testing
  • Medical advice
  • Coordinating and collaborating with various actors in the rehabilitation process, both externally and within Falck
  • Leading rehabilitation meetings with the customer team within Falck as well as at customer companies to ensure the process moves forward
  • Planning and coordinating rehabilitation plans designed to actively promote return to work
  • Motivational interviewing and psychosocial support for individuals in their rehabilitation process

We are looking for you who:

  • are a licensed nurse; further education as an occupational nurse or district nurse is meritorious
  • have good IT skills and the ability and interest to deliver results using digital tools
  • are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications:

  • Experience with rehabilitation issues in relation to the employer's responsibility for the working environment, preferably from occupational health care or consulting firms
  • Experience in project management/coordination and leading team work
  • Coordinator training, e.g., Karolinska Institutet's coordination initiatives, coordinating sick leave and the rehabilitation process

Other details:

Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time (100%) with start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays, excluding holidays, 08:00–17:00.

The position is based in Halmstad but may involve travel to the unit in Varberg and to customers in Halland, depending on operational needs. This means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
