About the assignment

We are looking for an experienced installation manager within ventilation who wants to take on the role of client representative in an ongoing infrastructure project.

You will become an important part of the project organization, representing the client in matters concerning the ventilation contract, from the design phase through the entire production phase.

Your responsibilities as client representative

In this role, you ensure that the contractor delivers according to the contract, documentation, and established requirements. You drive issues related to quality, time, and cost, with a focus on the client's interests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the ventilation contract against schedule, quality, and contract terms
• Review documentation, technical solutions, and execution
• Participate in construction and design meetings as the client's representative
• Coordinate issues between contractors, project management, and consultants
• Handle deviations, changes, and technical questions
• Ensure compliance with laws, requirements, and the client's guidelines
• Participate in inspections and handover processes

We are looking for you who

• Have extensive experience with ventilation in construction projects
• Have worked as an installation manager, project manager, or in a similar role
• Have a good understanding of contract law and the client's role
• Are confident in setting requirements and making decisions
• Have good collaboration skills and clear communication
