We are now looking for new colleagues to Blåvingevägen Care and Residential Home in Kungsbacka. Here, you will become an important part of the night team, where your presence creates security, continuity, and care for our residents during the quietest hours of the day. The Role of Assistant Nurse

In this role, you are responsible for providing care and social support tailored to each care recipient's individual needs. By offering a responsive and professional attitude, as well as planning and carrying out daily activities, you contribute to creating a secure and pleasant existence for the care recipients.

For us at our care and residential home, this means that with great responsiveness and commitment, we provide each care recipient with the care and support they need, based on individual needs and according to approved decisions. We put our care recipients in focus while working together with closeness to each other. You will have the opportunity to perform health and medical care interventions after instruction and delegation from a nurse, as well as documentation done digitally.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your attitude and responsive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current working relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, deliver results, and prioritize your work in an effective way. You see possibilities in changes, take own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

• are trained as an assistant nurse
• express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work

Our Offer and Other Information

We offer a permanent position with start date according to agreement.

Night Shift: You will be employed in a full-time position, but you will work 34 hours and 20 minutes per week. You will work according to a schedule that will be placed during night hours and weekend shifts every other weekend, as well as time for workplace meetings (APT).

Before an offer of employment is made, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. The type of record extract to be requested is Work in the Home with Elderly and Persons with Disabilities. Background checks may be conducted before employment.

From July 1, 2023, assistant nurse is a protected job title.
