Villa Havsglimt is opening a new somatic ward in early September and is looking for engaged and competent staff who want to be part of the launch and help shape a high-quality, person-centered care operation.

We are looking for:

• 8 Nursing Assistants for day/evening shifts
• 3 Nursing Assistants for awake night shifts

Working Hours (Day/Evening):

• Shift work every other weekend
• Day shifts one week and evening shifts the next week

Night Shifts:

• Awake night shifts according to schedule (including weekend shifts)

About Villa Havsglimt

Villa Havsglimt in Skummeslövsstrand, Laholm, is a relatively new residential facility. We offer both short-term care and longer-term placements. Residents live close to nature and the sea. The facility has 60 apartments in total, with a shared party room, a hair salon, and access to a lovely garden and nature park in the immediate vicinity. Public transport and services are nearby.

• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
• We have an activity coordinator who organizes and leads activities for residents several times a week.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will give you support and opportunities to grow.
