Do you want to work closely on real estate projects where stormwater management and external water and sewerage (VA) need to function in existing environments? In this role, you will contribute to the design for a larger real estate portfolio with a focus on renovation, maintenance, and local adaptations. You will enter a daily routine where technical solutions need to be feasible, clearly documented, and adapted to both the operations' needs and the client's quality requirements.

You work on assignments that vary in content and complexity, and you become a key part in producing documentation that stands up to review, coordination, and implementation. This is a great assignment for you who want to combine practical VA design with responsibility in projects where your solutions have a direct impact on existing buildings.

• You design solutions for stormwater management and external water and sewerage (VA) in new, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• You produce documentation and technical data adapted to the client's requirements for reporting and delivery.
• You collaborate with the client and other involved parties to clarify scope, needs, and technical choices.
• You participate in kick-off, design, and construction meetings when the assignment requires it.
• You plan your work so that deliveries meet agreed quality standards and function in the various stages of the projects.
• You ensure the quality of your documentation through self-control and internal review before delivery.

• You have 2–5 years of experience working in the current role.
• You are a VA designer or have equivalent education.
• In the last 3 years, you have designed at least one new or renovation project where the total contract cost amounted to at least 15 MSEK excluding VAT.
• In the last 3 years, you have performed at least one design regarding the renovation or adaptation of a water and sewerage facility for a new or changed operation.
• You have experience from at least 3 similar assignments from the last 3 years.
• You have good knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and directives within the field.
• You master Swedish and can communicate with relevant parties in Swedish throughout the assignment.
