We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Energy Industries) for a company in Malmö. Start is ASAP, 1-year fixed-term contract initially. This role is 100% onsite in Malmö.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and support order-related inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and delivery follow-up
• Support and improve electronic order flows and internal processes
• Work in SAP and other internal systems/tools
• Ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement and support process development

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order handling, or administration
• Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Swedish is mandatory, basic English knowledge required
• Business Administration education or equivalent experience is preferred

This is a full-time consultant position in Malmö through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 1-year fixed-term contract initially. This role is 100% onsite in Malmö.
