Do you have a technical interest and thrive on solving problems in customer meetings? In this role, you work with service, troubleshooting, and repairs in a daily routine characterized by variety and close customer contact. You meet different customers and situations, explain solutions, provide recommendations, and ensure the work is done correctly.

The Role
A role with freedom under responsibility where you plan and prioritize your workday and work independently at the customer's site. You are Toyota's technical representative and ensure that the equipment functions optimally and safely.

You collaborate closely with colleagues, team leaders, and customer managers to share knowledge and solve technical challenges. Customer dialogue is a natural part of the job – you explain measures and recommendations in a clear and professional manner. Through your work and dialogue with the customer, you contribute to long-term relationships and well-functioning service agreements, supported by clear working methods, a structured introduction, and the right tools.

The role combines qualified technical work with responsibility for the entire service assignment – from analysis and action to documentation and follow-up. You work methodically and commercially with a focus on safety, quality, and long-term solutions.

Your daily routine involves

• Service, troubleshooting, and repair of forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Analysis of fault causes and recommendation of actions and spare parts.
• Work with hydraulics, vehicle engines, mechanics, and control systems.
• Independent planning of workdays and assignments.
• Documentation, reporting, and handling of work orders.
• Dialogue with customers regarding technology, safety, and preventive maintenance.

Profile
We are looking for you with technical curiosity, responsibility, and a desire to develop within technology and service. You have a technical background through work, education, or a documented technical interest, and preferably experience from car, truck, industrial, maintenance, or service operations. You work in a structured and methodical way in your troubleshooting and are accustomed to taking responsibility for the entire assignment – from analysis and action to feedback and documentation. You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and can explain technical solutions in an understandable way.

It is an advantage if you have a Higher Vocational Education (YH) as a service technician or equivalent, experience with forklifts, vehicles, automation, or industrial service, as well as knowledge in hydraulics, vehicle engines, mechanics, or control systems. The ability to work with technical documentation in English is seen as a plus.
