Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager at Tecnicon, you will work with construction management, project management, economic and technical control in projects, Bas-P, responsible for control, inspections, and assist within the field of architecture and building construction with, for example, investigations and descriptions. You will work independently or in a project group at our office in Örnsköldsvik. You will collaborate with other technical consultants in internal or external consulting groups for many different types of clients.

Your formal qualifications

We are looking for you who are an established building engineer, university college engineer, civil engineer, or have other proven competence such as site manager or foreman. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and good computer skills are required; certification as a responsible controller and Bas P/U education are meritorious. We would like you to have worked as a consultant, contractor, or within state/region/municipality with construction issues or property management.

To succeed as a Construction Manager with us, you must be a creative and orderly problem solver with drive and an interest in technology. You are not afraid to meet new people in new assignments, and we assume that you are meticulous, ambitious, service-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant. It is important that you have a view of the whole, are sensitive to the client's wishes, and can present comments and suggestions in a pedagogical manner. You should also be able to lead meetings both internally and externally.
