Do you want to make a real difference? We are looking for an engaged and reliable nurse for social psychiatry in Sundsvall. Here, you will work closely with people in need of psychiatric support – in a operation where collaboration, participation, and quality are in focus.

Your new workplace

As a nurse in social psychiatry, you work at one of our five residential facilities. You are part of an interprofessional team together with care staff and the unit manager, and occupational therapists and physiotherapists are involved as needed. Together, we create a safe and structured daily life for our residents. The work is independent and varied, with a strong focus on person-centered care.

How you contribute as a nurse

The duties include, among other things:

• Responsibility for health and medical care interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).
• Assess, plan, implement, and follow up on care measures.
• Medication management and medical assessments.
• Collaboration with physicians, psychiatry, and other care providers.
• Supervision, delegation, and support for care staff.
• Documentation according to current legislation.
• Currently, the work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday–Friday, with no weekend work. Some weekend duty may become relevant in the future.

Your qualifications and experience

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed nurse with a few years of experience.
• Have experience or interest in psychiatry.
• Are confident in your professional role and can work independently.
• Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work climate.
• Have a genuine commitment to the target group.

Meritorious:

• Further education in psychiatry.
• Lifecare certification.
• Worked in psychiatry, open or inpatient care.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse.
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission.
