You will step into an ongoing and business-critical collaboration project within healthcare, where the goal is to enable integrated patient record keeping via Cosmic. The assignment involves creating a legally secure, sustainable, and well-functioning information sharing between different healthcare providers, while new working methods, agreements, technical dependencies, and management structures need to be established.

This is a role for you who thrives when projects are complex, many stakeholders are involved, and progress must be secured in an already active implementation. You will have a central position where you influence both execution, stabilization, and handover to administration. This makes the role particularly interesting if you want to work close to the operations in a socially important digitalization initiative.

• You lead the continued project management for the implementation of Cosmic in municipal healthcare documentation.
• You maintain the activity list, schedule, risks, and dependencies, and ensure clear follow-up throughout the execution.
• You coordinate internal and external project activities related to system implementation, working methods, and organizational change.
• You lead the dialogue between operations, IT, information security, legal, and external collaboration partners.
• You contribute to contract-related issues, such as collaboration agreements, service agreements, and division of responsibilities between multiple parties.
• You coordinate preparations for testing, training, go-live, and subsequent stabilization.
• You report regularly to the project owner, steering group, and other relevant stakeholders, and prepare decision-making materials.
• You plan and execute the handover to line and administration organizations, including structure for continued operations, support, and management.

• You have documented experience leading complex projects in the public sector with multiple actors and stakeholders.
• You have documented experience in project management within healthcare, care, and social services.
• You have documented experience in implementing, changing, or modifying business-critical IT systems, such as healthcare information systems, patient record systems, or similar.
• You have experience leading projects in the execution and implementation phase, including go-live, stabilization, backlog, and handover to administration.
• You have experience working according to agile models with project plans, schedules, dependency management, and reporting to steering groups.
• You have experience with contract-related project issues, such as collaboration agreements, service agreements, or division of responsibilities between multiple parties.
• You have basic IT competence and a good understanding of system integrations, technical dependencies, and business consequences during system implementation.
• You can quickly get up to speed with existing project planning and take responsibility for ongoing workflows without an introduction period.
• You have recent experience from projects where municipalities and regions have collaborated regarding digital information transfer, care processes, or integrated patient records.
• You communicate very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and can adapt messages to different target groups.
