The Individual and Family Care Administration in Sandviken Municipality has a functionally divided organization. Within the administration's area of responsibility are child and youth care, addiction care, financial assistance, family law, as well as processing and supervision according to the Alcohol Act. The administration has a well-developed outpatient care for children, young people, and their families, as well as for adults. We are actively working on implementing Signs of Safety in all parts of the administration.

The Adult Unit is responsible for addiction issues and matters concerning violence in close relationships. The unit is under constant development and has introduced 'Housing First' as a project in recent years. The unit also works intensively with Interventions without means-testing in outpatient care. A total of 23 people work within the unit; the operations consist of five parts: case officers, residential care homes (HVB), outpatient clinic, low-threshold housing, and Housing First.

Here at Individual and Family Care, you have excellent opportunities for competence development and are actively involved in the development of operations. We offer regular external group supervision. To balance the high demands placed on the administration's tasks within public authority, we offer one hour of reflection time per working day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Group Leader, you will, together with the Operations Manager, be responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the unit. The daily work involves case distribution, case handling, and preparations, as well as contributing to shaping and driving operational development. It also involves being responsible for your own client cases. The Group Leader duties are estimated to cover half of the position; the other half covers own cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a degree in Social Work and experience in social work as well as public authority tasks. It is meritorious if you have experience working with addiction issues, violence in close relationships, and Signs of Safety.

A B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position.
