Job Description

We are currently looking for two new employees for a government agency in Sundbyberg. The role is Customer Service Representative, and the assignment involves handling incoming cases via telephone as well as administering and registering cases in the agency's case management system. You will work on the department that handles urban environment and traffic issues.

The employment period starts from mid-July with ongoing quarterly schedules. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 08:30–16:30 and Friday 08:30–15:30, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities

The assignment involves handling incoming cases via telephone and administering and registering them in the agency's case management system. The role includes receiving feedback and error reports related to urban environment and traffic issues, as well as guiding citizens regarding our e-services.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and internal clients. We are looking for someone with a strong service orientation, good listening skills, and a professional attitude. Interest in urban environment and traffic issues is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone work (customer service/contact center)
• Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and experience working in digital systems
• Ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner
• High school diploma
