About the role: As a vehicle technician at Brandt Personbilar, you work primarily with Volvo and have a broad role that combines technology, administration, and customer contact. You receive customers via phone and booking system, plan jobs and spare parts, and monitor the vehicle's total service needs. You perform service and repair work, participate in training, and ensure that customers receive clear feedback when picking up their car. The role involves a mix of mechanical work, troubleshooting, administration, and customer dialogue. You work closely with your colleagues, often in pairs, with support from a coach and manager at the facility.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as a vehicle technician, car mechanic, or service technician with good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, service, and repair.
• Has solid automotive technical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting.
• Has experience working with Allbil and feels confident in both simpler and more advanced tasks.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
• Is computer literate and understands administrative processes.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Previous experience with Volvo.
• Good English skills.
• Some form of leadership experience or ambition to take on more responsibility.

• Comfortable with customer contact and following processes.
