Seemly Construction & Property continues to grow in Stockholm and Uppsala. We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to lead qualified construction and property projects while contributing to the development of our operations in the region.

You will become an important part of our team, working closely with clients, commissioners, and partners on some of the industry's most interesting construction and property projects. The projects will vary depending on your experience and the assignments we undertake together with our clients.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Project management through all stages of the project lifecycle
• Control of time, economy, and quality
• Risk management and follow-up
• Strategic and operational support to clients and commissioners
• Tendering and bidding work
• Development of client relationships and new assignments

About the role

You will be met by engaged colleagues, short decision-making paths, and an inclusive culture. You will be given great trust, work with personal responsibility, and report to the Regional Manager.

This is a permanent position located in Stockholm or Uppsala. Start date is negotiable.

You have extensive experience from similar roles within the construction, installation, or property industry.

You thrive when taking responsibility, working in a structured manner, and driving projects forward. You communicate clearly, collaborate well, and build trust with clients, colleagues, and partners.
