We are now looking for a Service Advisor for a leading company in the automotive industry in Gothenburg!

About the company

Our client is an established player in the automotive industry with operations in several European countries. The company offers service, maintenance, and technical solutions for professional vehicle fleets and has built its business on quality, safety, and long-term customer relationships.

For the operations in Gothenburg, they are now looking for a Service Advisor who wants to take a central role in the daily operations and contribute to an efficient and well-functioning workshop.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you will have a key role in the business where you are responsible for coordinating daily operations between customers, the workshop, and technicians. The role combines customer contact, administration, planning, and coordination with a clear focus on ensuring high service levels and an efficient workflow.

You will be an important part of the operational activities and contribute to the workshop functioning efficiently through good planning, structure, and communication.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Planning and coordination of daily workshop operations
• Distribution and follow-up of work to technicians and mechanics
• Customer contact via phone, email, and visits
• Handling service cases, work orders, and follow-up of ongoing work
• Ensuring that service and repair work is carried out according to plan
• Handling warranties and service agreements
• Purchasing spare parts and inventory administration
• Invoicing and administrative follow-up
• Reporting and follow-up of working hours
• Support in matters related to work environment, safety, and quality work
• Administration in business systems and external supplier portals

We are looking for you who

• Have at least four years of experience as a service advisor, service coordinator, customer receptionist, or similar role within a heavy vehicle workshop
• Have experience in planning and coordinating workshop operations
• Have good technical understanding of vehicles within heavy vehicles, transport equipment, or related areas
• Have experience in service administration, invoicing, and customer handling
• Have experience in spare parts management and inventory administration
• Have very good system proficiency and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
