ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Project Manager for our client, you will work on driving projects related to the maintenance and development of bank properties. The projects can range from major renovations to smaller-scale initiatives. You will also base your work on existing maintenance plans for each office, driving projects from minor measures to larger renovations.

You will become a key support function for Site Managers in Stockholm and play a central role in dialogues with property owners and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive and coordinate projects related to property maintenance and renovation
• Work continuously with maintenance plans and translate them into concrete projects
• Support Site Managers in technical and property-related questions
• Communicate with property owners, contractors, and suppliers
• Contribute technical understanding in matters concerning installations, cooling systems, and electricity
• Participate in both minor improvement projects and larger renovations

Examples of ongoing projects include the renovation of a cafeteria, refurbishment of back-office areas, and the replacement of a suspended ceiling.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Have post-secondary education in property, technology, or similar
• Have an understanding of properties and "property language," through work experience or education
• Have previously been exposed to projects, either as a Project Manager or in a related role
• Communicate fluently in Swedish

It is an advantage if you have accumulated work experience in a similar role.
