Job Description

The organization is in an expansion phase with several ongoing investment projects. For one of these larger infrastructure projects, we are looking for a consultant to support and lead technical coordination between several sub-projects.

Responsibilities

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Leading technical coordination and coordinating design between the sub-projects included in the main project.
• Working in close collaboration with design managers and other key personnel within the different sub-projects.
• Chairing regular technical coordination meetings with participation from project management functions and technical specialists.
• Ensuring the conditions for the project's overall technical goals and requirements to be met through coordinated design.
• Identifying, analyzing, and following up on dependencies and interfaces between the main project and its sub-projects.
• Driving decision-preparatory work and anchoring issues with relevant stakeholders within the project and asset management organization.
• Leading the project's change management and associated decision-making processes.
• Preparing decision materials and recommendations for the project's decision-making forum.
• Following up on and analyzing progress in ongoing change cases.
• Ensuring that established routines are up to date and initiating and preparing revisions when necessary.
• Actively participating in the project's planning, risk management, and coordination work.
• Contributing to management group work and supporting the project's overall steering.

Preliminary Start Date: 2026-09-01

End Date: 2031-08-31

Option: The client has the right to extend the call-off contract by 1 + 1 year, i.e., until 2033-08-31 at the latest.

Scope: Estimated to be 80-100% of full-time.

Requirements:

1. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
2. At least 10 years of work experience within infrastructure/civil engineering/industry/construction.
3. At least 5 years of experience in project or design management.
4. At least 2 years of independent responsibility for technical coordination and change management within large (at least 500 million) and complex projects.
5. At least 2 years of work within security-sensitive operations.
6. At least 2 years of work within asset management organizations.

Meritorious Qualifications:

• Should have at least 2 years of work experience in a technical coordination role within tunnel projects.
• Should have at least 2 years of work experience in technical coordination of projects within the energy sector.
