Who are you?

As a Contracting Engineer, you will work closely with the Site Manager and support them on-site. We are looking for candidates with a background in one of the following areas: residential, civil, and commercial construction, including ROT services and/or new production. You are flexible in your working methods when needed, yet experienced in project work. It is essential that you are self-motivated but also capable of collaborating with others. You are detail-oriented, strong in administrative tasks, and always deliver according to deadlines. You are communicative, structured, solution-oriented, and engaged in the project.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience as a Contracting Engineer and/or Project Engineer within the construction industry.
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry regulations – general conditions AB04/ABT06, ABK.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Employment Type:

Project-based employment, Permanent position, or Subcontractor.
