About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join a growing company specializing in energy solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal project teams to deliver high-quality installations. This is a permanent full-time position based in the Stockholm area. Responsibilities

• Installation, service, and maintenance of heat pump systems and associated plumbing installations.
• Troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Documentation and reporting of completed work.
• Collaboration with colleagues, project managers, and other professional groups within the project.
• Ensuring that work is performed in accordance with current industry regulations and quality requirements.

Profile

We are looking for you who have experience from the plumbing/HVAC industry and thrive in a role with personal responsibility, customer contact, and varied tasks.

• At least 3 years of experience in plumbing or similar installation work.
• Trained HVAC technician with certification for Safe Water Installation (Säker Vatteninstallation).
• Good knowledge of Swedish building standards and safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with heat pumps or energy systems.
• Experience in team leadership or project management.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency or environmental classification.
• Electrical certification or experience with electrical installations.
