You work on system development for both AEW&C aircraft and ground-based systems, focusing on developing, improving, and managing solutions that meet user needs and maintain high technical quality.

• You develop, manage, and further develop communication systems with a focus on radio transmission and satellite communication.
• You design and implement system solutions for both airborne and ground-based environments.
• You drive work within requirements analysis, requirements management, and requirements interpretation to ensure correct functionality and technical quality.
• You follow the systems through the entire lifecycle and handle issues related to implementation and risk.
• You collaborate cross-functionally to integrate the whole between technology, project, and delivery.

• Technical engineering education, such as a Master of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or alternatively substantial work experience in satellite communication and radio technology.
• Experience in developing and working with advanced communication systems.
• Ability to take responsibility and drive tasks and projects forward.
• Good teamwork skills and experience working across project and department boundaries.

• Experience with overall system architecture.
• Experience with requirements management for customer-specific and product-based systems.
• Knowledge of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility).
• Experience in system development and product development.
• Experience with tactical radio.
• Experience with integration, testing, and verification.
• Experience related to the Swedish Armed Forces.
