At Uniflex, we are currently looking for a Production Engineer for a consulting assignment at a production unit in Halmstad. In this role, you will be employed by Uniflex and work as a consultant on-site at the client's location, playing a key role in supporting and developing the production.

About the role:

The operations in Halmstad consist of two main parts:

• Assembly of larger systems prepared for delivery
• Manufacturing of cabling and electrical cabinets for both local production and other units

As a Production Engineer, you will work closely with operators and production management in daily operations. Your task is to ensure efficient working methods, stable processes, and high quality throughout the entire manufacturing flow. You will become part of the on-site team in Halmstad while collaborating closely with other Production Engineers within the organization, primarily in Gothenburg.

The role is subject to security requirements, meaning you must undergo and pass a security clearance according to current regulations.

Your responsibilities:

In this role, you will among other things:

• Develop and improve production processes and workflows
• Analyze deviations and identify improvement measures
• Support production in quality- and process-related matters
• Ensure that new work steps and techniques are implemented efficiently
• Work with preparations, instructions, and manufacturing documentation
• Monitor key figures and contribute with improvement proposals
• Participate in meetings and drive activities related to production
• Provide support to operators in their daily work

You will also be involved in improvement work according to Lean and Agile principles.

• Have a relevant university degree - BSc or MSc, preferably in Production Engineering
• 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer
• Be accustomed to collaborating between design and production
• Be curious, engaged, and responsible
• Have a structured working method and very good analytical skills
• Be self-driven but also a team player
• Have a good understanding of production and processes
• Enjoy combining strategic thinking with practical implementation
• Have a strong quality and customer focus
• Have good knowledge of the Office package
• Have good knowledge and experience working in Creo
• Have good proficiency in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
