At Trobo, our vision is to make every day better for our tenants! Therefore, we are constantly working to develop our operations to meet the expectations our tenants have of us. Trobo is a property company with approximately 65,000 m² that develops and manages just over 700 rental apartments and around 30 commercial premises, including 2 elderly care homes. The residential portfolio is located throughout the municipality and consists of a mix of properties from the 1950s to the 2020s. We also manage the municipality's properties, which amount to approximately 75,000 m², including schools, a health center, sports facilities, and a swimming pool. Trobo has 20 employees and had a turnover of approximately 104 million SEK in 2025.

We are now looking for a temporary Property Maintenance Technician from August/September 2026 through May 2028.

WHAT DOES YOUR ASSIGNMENT INVOLVE?

You will work as a Property Maintenance Technician and, together with the rest of the team, be responsible for optimizing the daily operations in our properties. You will have overall responsibility for "your" properties. This means a strong focus on developing maintenance work to minimize reactive repairs. All tasks within the property area are part of the role, as we solve many tasks together.

Interacting with tenants in our residential and commercial units is a natural part of your daily routine. It is a varied job with a lot of problem-solving. You will work both in a team and independently, but you will handle most tasks on your own. We use digital tools in our daily work, such as our maintenance and case management system, Vitec. You will gradually take on more responsibility and never stop developing. You contribute to homes and premises where people thrive.

Your main tasks include:

• Preventive operation and maintenance work
• Reactive repairs
• Ordering materials and services
• Maintenance planning
• Follow-up of contractor assignments
• Improvement proposals
• Status and cleaning inspections in apartments

You work closely with others in property management to solve the problems we encounter, exchange experiences, and leverage each other's competencies.

You have:

• Education as a Property Maintenance Technician or equivalent
• At least 1-5 years of experience as a Property Maintenance Technician or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of technical installations
• Preferably experience working with case management systems and documentation (we work with Vitec Technical Management)
• The ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

The role involves contact with contractors, and therefore, personal qualities such as being service-oriented, business-like, and meticulous are highly valued. You want to contribute to common development and are willing to take initiative. "Self-motivated" is a word you identify with.
