ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Tvärålund. Currently, we are looking for you who want to work as a temp replacement when regular staff is on sick leave or vacation! The work is scheduled on weekdays and weekends as follows:
09:00-17:00
17:00-23:30
Start date is by agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction as soon as possible.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a man in his 60s with a great interest in sports. He has previously suffered a stroke and therefore needs support in his daily life.
Duties:
Support with daily routines and household chores
Help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
Assistance with transfers
The client uses aids such as a tablet for communication, a breathing mask, a wheelchair, a sliding board, turner boards, and a floor lift if needed.

We are looking for you who are positive, social, and have a good sense of humor. You enjoy working independently, can take initiative, and have a flexible attitude. It is also important that you are reliable and punctual.

REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of the Swedish language
Driver's license
Access to a car
Able to tolerate the client smoking in outdoor environments
MERITS
Experience working with people who have had a stroke
Experience as a personal assistant or care experience
Care education or equivalent
Employment level: 1 temp replacement as needed.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register control will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be made in good time.
