As a nurse with us, you help people live a more independent life. YOUR COMPETENCE

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who are passionate about helping people within elderly and disability care. For you to thrive with us, it is important that you feel confident in mentoring other staff. Therefore, it is positive if you have previous experience from elderly and disability care.

Since you will work as the sole nurse when working the night shift, it is important that you take initiative and have the courage to make decisions and follow your convictions. You also need to be able to collaborate well with others and delegate tasks as needed. Therefore, it is important that you are clear in your communication and ensure that your message has come across.

It is also important that you can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Sometimes you have several processes going on at the same time, and then you need to be able to balance them well. You therefore need the ability to prioritize and adjust your work according to the prevailing conditions. We believe that you trust both your own and your colleagues' abilities, as together you have enormous competence and skill.
