Östorps Bevattning is one of Sweden's leading specialists in professional irrigation systems, pump solutions, and customer-specific pump stations. Since 1969, we have designed, installed, and developed irrigation solutions for agriculture, golf courses, sports facilities, parks, cemeteries, and industry. We are part of the publicly listed Lyckegård Group and are in a strong growth phase, where we are now looking for a Technical Project and Systems Specialist who wants to help shape our continued development.
About the role
This is a central technical specialist role where you will combine design, technical problem-solving, and development work. The role is broad and varied, ranging from technical support and customer dialogue to the design of complex facilities and the development of future solutions.
You will work closely with the Technical Manager, COO, sales organization, service technicians, and external suppliers in a business characterized by high technical competence, short decision-making paths, and significant autonomy.
At Östorps Bevattning, you will have the opportunity to work with market-leading products within a growing industry where technology, innovation, and sustainable water usage are in focus. A key part of the role involves working with advanced pump systems and customer-specific pump stations, which are central to our operations.
Main responsibilities:
Location
The position is located at Östorps Bevattning's facility outside Laholm, and you will report to the COO. You will work in close collaboration with the Technical Manager, the company's sales team, service technicians, and other technical resources. The role involves approximately 30 travel days per year, primarily within Sweden.
At Östorps, you will meet a family-oriented and entrepreneurial culture with short decision-making paths, an open atmosphere, and close collaboration among colleagues. Here, there is strong technical competence and a willingness to help each other find the best solutions for customers.
Profile
We are looking for someone with a broad technical understanding who enjoys solving complex problems. You like to dive into technical systems and have the ability to see the big picture while also being able to focus on details when needed. As a person, you are grounded, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. You thrive in an environment with significant personal responsibility, high pace, and short decision-making paths. At the same time, you are curious, analytical, and have a genuine interest in technology.
We would appreciate experience from areas such as automation, pump technology, process industry, water and wastewater (VA), power electronics, or other technically complex operations. The most important thing is that you have a strong interest in technology and the ability to understand and solve complex technical challenges.
