Healthcare and Social Care in Norrtälje (KSON) is a unique collaboration between Norrtälje Municipality and Region Stockholm. The mission is to meet the residents' needs for healthcare and social care. KSON thus has unique conditions to seamlessly meet the residents' needs for effective holistic solutions and is governed by a board with elected officials from Region Stockholm and Norrtälje Municipality. Part of the Norrtälje Model.
KSON has agreements with many providers and also runs healthcare and social care in-house through the wholly-owned company Tiohundra AB. The budget covers approximately 4.8 billion SEK, and we currently have approximately 120 employees with mainly procurement, ownership, and authority assignments within the administration.
We work with procurement, follow-up, and development of healthcare and social care in close collaboration with both private providers and the wholly-owned company Tiohundra AB.
Here, there are conditions to work with holistic approaches, quality, and development for real.
For this role, the starting salary is normally between 48,000 - 55,000 SEK depending on experience and competence.
In the case of permanent employment, a probationary period may apply.
