Job Responsibilities

At UBAB, you work in clear teams together with colleagues where you help each other in the daily work. Here you are involved in manufacturing concrete elements from start to finished product and see the result of what you do every day. Your main responsibilities: • Formwork • Reinforcement • Pouring of concrete elements You do not need long experience. The most important thing is that you have an interest, good manual skills, and a willingness to develop; the rest you can learn on the job. Working hours: Daytime, which gives structure to everyday life and space for life outside of work. Location: Ulricehamn Start: According to agreement

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who are good at working in teams, good at following instructions, and ready to develop! You might feel that you do not meet all the requirements in the ad, apply anyway! To thrive in this role, we would like you to have: • Tool experience. • Driver's license and car. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Basic understanding of numbers and ability to read drawings. • Background in construction or manufacturing industry.
