As a Paving Worker, you will work closely with clients and customers alongside your colleagues. You will be part of a team with knowledgeable peers, performing both large and small paving projects. Since the nature and size of the work vary, your tasks will be diverse, offering you significant opportunities for professional development. Our operations are seasonal, meaning work is primarily carried out from April to December. Your profile We are looking for you with experience working with asphalt in machine crews. We seek someone who is responsible and has a strong focus on safety. You can work independently while contributing to good team spirit and collaboration. You actively work on your own development, and we value your ability to adapt to changing conditions, find practical solutions, and create a positive work climate through clear and respectful communication. These qualities are essential for us to deliver safe, efficient, and well-executed paving projects together. A Category C license and an operator's license for wheel loaders are meritorious. The position is a permanent seasonal full-time employment located in Skaraborg. A probationary period may apply.
