Here you will drive multidisciplinary contracting projects with many stakeholders, commercial trade-offs, and significant dependencies between technology, contracting, and operations. • You lead large and complex investment projects from planning to implementation and follow-up.
• You coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and create clarity between technology, contracting, and operations.
• You drive project management with a focus on safety, quality, time, economy, and risk management.
• You work actively with contracting law, contract management, and follow-up of contracts.
• You build strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and create momentum in complex decision-making environments.
• You handle changes, dependencies, and risks in a structured and commercial manner.

• University education or equivalent through long professional experience.
• Several years of experience in project management within the construction and civil engineering industry or other relevant technical operations.
• Documented experience of large multidisciplinary projects.
• Very good knowledge of contracting law, contract management, and follow-up of contracts.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• You are a confident, clear, and unpretentious leader who works in a structured, methodical, and results-oriented manner.
• You have high integrity, good decision-making skills, and are easy to build trust in collaborations with various stakeholders.

• Experience in creating engagement, involvement, and good collaboration in complex organizations.
• That you share a leadership style characterized by responsibility, trust, cooperation, learning, and respect for people's competence and differences.
• Experience in contributing to a professional work environment and psychological safety.
