About the role

At the depot in Mölndal, there is a group with strong cohesion, a non-hierarchical collaboration, and a culture where everyone talks to everyone. In the role of TA Consultant, you work closely with your colleagues at the depot. You are primarily based in the office handling administration, but you never do it in isolation. You always have close cooperation with project managers and colleagues out in the field who take over when you make your handover, which creates strong teamwork around each assignment.

Responsibilities

Aside from the tasks below, this is a non-hierarchical group where everyone helps out where needed. If things get tight during intensive periods, everyone puts on their blue overalls and supports out on the roads.

  • You receive jobs, conduct site visits as needed, and create Traffic Arrangement Plans in AutoCAD
  • You help customers with all preparations for their work and act as a reliable, service-oriented partner in their processes
  • You handle risk analyses, apply for permits in various authority portals, and manage contact with road owners, public transport, and rescue services
  • You are involved in the process from job intake to material coordination, follow-up, and final invoicing

We are looking for you who

  • Have a completed post-secondary education in civil engineering or construction technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Have very good administrative skills and computer literacy
  • Have a B driver's license
  • Are fluent in Swedish and have very good knowledge of English as both languages are used in daily work

It is meritorious if you have

  • A background from the construction or infrastructure industry
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • An understanding of TA plans, either reading or drawing them
