Construction Worker for Land and Infrastructure

We are now looking for two construction workers for land and infrastructure who want to help develop Mariestad Municipality. Here, you will become part of an engaged team working closely with the municipality's operations and residents, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and service.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking two construction workers to strengthen our team. As a construction worker in our organization, you will be part of a team working with the renewal and new construction of utility networks and streets.

The work regarding renewal and new construction will include:

• Water and sewage system rehabilitation
• Infrastructure in development projects
• Renovations and extensions in the street environment

Reading drawings and planning in ongoing projects are included in the job responsibilities.

Scheduled on-call duty may be included in the position, where other tasks bordering on your profession may occur, such as snow removal, street maintenance, or water leaks.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you must have education in construction and civil engineering technology, a professional certificate as a construction worker, or experience that the employer finds equivalent. We expect you to have good experience in the field, good teamwork skills, and take responsibility for performing your tasks correctly.

You also have experience and familiarity with water and sewage pipes and rehabilitation work.

We assume you have digital maturity and can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

A valid B-category driver's license is required.
