Excavator Operators Wanted for Assignments in Luleå & Boden

Nkraft Staffing continues to grow and is now looking for experienced excavator operators for assignments in Luleå and Boden.

We can arrange accommodation if needed, making this position suitable even for those living elsewhere.

We are looking for you who are driven, detail-oriented, and eager to work on projects together with some of Sweden's leading construction and contracting companies.

About the Role

As an excavator operator with us, you will work on varied projects within earthworks and infrastructure. You will be responsible for operating and handling the excavator safely and efficiently, while being a key part of the production on-site.

The work schedule is Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Operating excavators in earthworks and infrastructure projects
• Excavation, planning, and handling of materials
• Performing daily inspections and basic maintenance of machinery
• Working according to drawings, setting out, and instructions
• Collaborating with site managers, foremen, and other professional groups
• Contributing to a safe and efficient workplace

We are looking for someone who

• Has an excavator operator license or apprenticeship book
• Has previous experience as an excavator operator
• Holds a Category B driver's license
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a team environment

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with GPS/machine control systems

• Work location: Luleå & Boden
• Working hours: Monday–Thursday
• Start date: As agreed
• Salary according to collective agreement
