About the Buyer Position

You will join an established team of helpful colleagues. Our purchasing department currently consists of 6 buyers, and you will become one of them.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree in economics or the natural sciences. A focus on logistics is an extra plus.
• Has good analytical and logical thinking skills and an eye for systems and structures.
• Is very computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Is skilled at expressing yourself in speech and writing, and speaks and writes English fluently.
• Is a communicative team player but also has the will and drive to solve problems independently.
• Is humble, unpretentious, and sees opportunities in problems rather than obstacles.
• Is detail-oriented, positive, and easy to work with, and fits well into our cheerful group.
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Crystal Report is advantageous but not required, as is previous experience in purchasing/logistics.

As a Buyer with us, you will be responsible for purchasing parts of our Scandinavian assortment, which includes:

• Analyzing sales statistics.
• Optimizing inventory levels.
• Optimizing delivery security.
• Placing orders, registering orders, following up on order confirmations, invoices, and delivery tracking.
• Contact with our suppliers, both domestic and international.
• Contact with our Scandinavian product development department and the marketing departments of our sister companies.

At the same time, you must be flexible and able to handle tasks with short notice.

The Position:

The position is a permanent full-time role (100%).

A probation period of 6 months applies.

Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

A valid B-driver's license is a requirement for the position.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
