Pellestova Hotel Hafjell is a charming mountain hotel located in picturesque surroundings above Hafjell. Here we welcome guests seeking relaxation, activities, and memorable experiences year-round. We are now looking for a receptionist for a permanent full-time position starting July 1st.

About the Role

As a receptionist, you are the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating a warm and professional experience for our guests. You will meet people from all over the world and contribute to making their stay as pleasant as possible.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during check-in and check-out
• Handle bookings via phone and email
• Inform guests about hotel facilities, activities, and local attractions
• Provide first-class service and contribute to positive guest experiences
• Perform other typical reception duties
• Assist with guest transportation when needed

We are looking for someone who

• Is outgoing, positive, and service-oriented
• Has good communication skills and enjoys meeting people
• Can work independently and remain calm even during busy periods
• Has good teamwork skills and takes responsibility for your tasks
• Experience from hotel reception or service roles is an advantage, but not required

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Advantageous

• Access to a personal car

Since the hotel is located in the mountains, having your own car is an advantage for easy commuting to and from work.
