Clinvvo develops AI solutions for healthcare and is growing rapidly. We are now looking for a person with exceptional drive who wants to help build the company from the inside. About the Role

Clinvvo is a Swedish HealthTech startup focused on an AI-driven SaaS platform. The company is growing and currently consists of approximately 20 people. They are now looking for their next star – a person who will open doors, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive business that makes a real difference in healthcare.

As the company's first dedicated salesperson, you will play a key role in building the sales function and laying the foundation for future growth. For the right person, this means an opportunity to influence strategy, working methods, and business development in a meaningful way – while the role demands high self-drive and the ability to create results from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Pursue new business and open doors to some of Sweden's largest healthcare providers.
  • Drive deals from first contact to signed contract.
  • Prospect, schedule meetings, and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Work directly with founders, leadership, customers, and the product team.
  • Help build the company – not just sell its product.

  • Have previous experience in B2B sales and feel confident in customer meetings.
  • Have exceptional drive and take full ownership of your results.
  • Learn new things quickly and have a steep learning curve.
  • Are comfortable hearing "no" many times to get a "yes".
  • Have high energy, high capacity, and high ambitions.
  • Thrive in an environment where there are no ready-made answers to everything.
  • Want to develop faster than a traditional role normally allows.
