Koja is expanding and, in line with our ambition to strengthen and develop our presence in the Swedish market, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager. Do you have a strong interest in technology, problem-solving, drive, and good customer relations? Then seize the chance and apply!

About the role

In your role as a Technical Sales Manager, you will have a central position working directly with our customers, primarily within the pulp and power industry.

Your workday will include, among other things:

  • Identifying needs and selling technical solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining customer relationships.
  • You will be involved in the entire chain, from initial sales, quotations, and implementation.
  • Above all, an exciting and fun workday if you like technology and people.

The office is located in Växjö, so we would prefer that you live in Kronoberg County, but do not hesitate to apply if you live elsewhere. The number of travel days per month is approx. 8–10, but this is flexible as you are involved in planning your trips to customers.

Qualifications

You ideally have a technical education, such as an engineering degree, or equivalent experience.

You are driven, accustomed to reading drawings, and have a technical interest. Experience with rotating equipment is a plus.

To thrive in this role, you should have a positive attitude, be open, curious, and self-initiating – meaning you take the initiative and are not afraid to think outside the box. You should also be able to discuss with customers at different levels. We also appreciate a person who has a bit of "cleverness" or wit in their communication.

As a technical sales manager, the work is varied, so we prefer that you enjoy juggling multiple tasks.

You have a good command of the Swedish language. English is used when working abroad and with our Finnish colleagues.

This is a permanent full-time position.

A B-driver's license is required as travel is part of the role. A company car is provided.
