Koja is expanding, and in line with our ambition to strengthen and develop our presence on the Swedish market, we are now looking for a Technical Sales Manager. About the Role
In your role as a Technical Sales Manager, you will have a central position working directly with our customers, primarily within the pulp and power industry.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The office is located in Växjö, so we prefer that you live in Kronoberg County, but do not hesitate to apply even if you live elsewhere. You are expected to travel approximately 8–10 days per month, but we offer flexibility as you plan your customer visits yourself.
Qualifications
You preferably have a technical education, such as an engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
You are driven, comfortable reading technical drawings, and have a genuine interest in technology. Experience with rotating equipment is a plus.
To thrive in this role, you should have a positive attitude. You are open, curious, and self-motivated – you take initiative and dare to think outside the box. You should also feel comfortable discussing technical solutions with customers at various levels. A person who is a bit "cunning" or clever in their thinking and problem-solving is a plus.
Since the work is varied, we prefer that you enjoy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
You have a good command of the Swedish language. English is used in work with international customers as well as with our Finnish colleagues.
This is a permanent full-time position.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required as travel is part of the role. A company car is provided.
