ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are currently looking for personal assistants for a combined role with two of our clients – one in Rejmyre and one in Finspång. We offer both temporary hourly positions and summer vacancies. If you have the opportunity to work with both clients, we view this positively. For summer vacancies, you will agree on the scope and schedule with the assignment manager.

Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer that you can begin your introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENTS

In Rejmyre, you will support an elderly man in his 80s in creating structure and security in his daily life. Duties include assistance with daily routines, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, and household chores. The client has a strong interest in technology and music. Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Saturday.

With our client in Finspång, you will work with a woman in her 70s who communicates independently but needs support in daily life. Duties include personal care, transfers, household work, and accompanying her on errands. She enjoys shopping and exercise. Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.

REQUIREMENTS

• Category B driver's license and access to a car

• Experience working as a personal assistant

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Employment Type: Temporary hourly positions and summer vacancies

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Kura Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID document and submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
