The Role of Nurse with Us

You now have the opportunity to join the on-call service, a varied and interesting assignment where you deliver medical interventions to patients enrolled in home healthcare. Home healthcare has a broad mandate, offering municipal health and social care from pediatric services to elderly care. This includes medical interventions that can be performed in a home environment and do not require inpatient care. Interventions may include managing bag dialysis, night dialysis masks, connecting TPN, refilling pain pumps, administering medication injections, palliative care and pain relief, and assessing changes in health status.

The position involves night shifts where you will work with two colleagues. Together, you plan the interventions listed in the intervention calendar. You also handle unplanned interventions requested by care staff within home care services and nursing homes. Consultation with them takes place via the digital platform TeleQ. You manage incoming requests by providing advice or visiting patients at home to assess and treat various health conditions. You are also responsible for delegating care staff at different levels for health and social care interventions. You receive medical support for your assessments via Mediro.

Your Profile

As a person, you are relationship-building, independent, and have a professional attitude. You carry out your assignment from a person-centered perspective and are accommodating and attentive in your interactions with both patients and other staff groups.

You adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in change. You take initiative and propose new solutions to work-related issues. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a registered nurse
• holds a B-driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience in home healthcare
• experience with night work

Our Offer and Other Information

We offer a permanent position with employment percentage as agreed, and appointment as agreed. Working hours are generally between 21:15 - 07:15 with a flexible agreement. The full-time equivalent is 34.33 hours per week. You work every third weekend.
