About the Role

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Hotel Receptionist for a full-time position in Eskilstuna. This is a role for you who are passionate about service, enjoy interacting with people, and want to be part of a professional hotel operation.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you are the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

The duties may vary, but include among others:

• Welcoming guests during check-in and check-out
• Handling bookings, emails, and phone calls
• Providing information and service to hotel guests
• Processing payments and handling cash register duties
• Administrative tasks related to the reception
• Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure high guest satisfaction
• Handling and resolving guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong service focus and a professional attitude
• Is communicative and enjoys working with people
• Is organized and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Is responsible and solution-oriented
• Has good computer skills

Previous experience is not a requirement, but we value a genuine interest in service and guest relations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from hotels, reception, or other service roles
• Experience with booking systems and cash handling
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of additional languages

About the Employment

• Full-time position
• Location in Eskilstuna
• Working hours according to a schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and some nights
• Start date by agreement
