We are looking for someone with solid experience in sushi and Japanese culinary arts. You are ambitious, love sushi, and are passionate about Japanese cuisine. You have a keen sense for quality and understand that good food and thorough cleaning go hand in hand.

Typical responsibilities:
- Preparation of sushi and certain Asian dishes.
- Register work and serving.
- Cleaning, tidying up, and dishwashing.
