We are proud of our Technology & Innovation department, which is a global leader in digitalization, AI, and energy efficiency. Our Research & Development department, located in Hagfors, is the largest in the world within the tool steel industry.

We are now looking for engaged and responsible employees for the role of Operator in the Saw Shop, Press. Here, steel billets are processed and shaped into desired dimensions and forms, which is a central part of the manufacturing process for our high-quality tool steels.

Your Role

You will be part of a cohesive shift team working closely together to achieve common goals. Your tasks will include sawing, measuring, and marking materials according to instructions, as well as operating forklifts and overhead cranes.

You will work in a five-shift rotation.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a flexible attitude, who enjoys solving problems and contributes to a positive work environment through collaboration and trust. You should also have a desire to work with continuous improvements and actively contribute to developing our processes and routines. To thrive here, it is important that you align with our values: respect, trust, customer focus, and value creation.

We prefer that you have experience from the steel or manufacturing industry. Having a forklift and overhead crane license is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

We offer good opportunities for internal development, such as roles as an annealer, inspector, controller, or heater.
